Dedicated Support for Your Functional Practice or Wellness Business
You know those projects you've been meaning to get to?
The patient handbook. The resource library. The nurture emails. The new program. The website updates. The onboarding process that's functional but not quite where you'd like it to be.
They're important. They just keep losing the battle against everything else that demands your attention.
Ongoing monthly support of a client experience specialist gives you a dedicated creative partner tackling the work that improves experience, strengthens your business, and creates a smoother day-to-day operation.
Because good ideas don't create momentum sitting in a Google Doc.
The Lighten CX Support Spectrum
No two practices need support in exactly the same areas.
Some months are focused on building. Others are spent refining systems, creating resources, launching programs, improving the patient experience, or finally tackling the projects that have been sitting on the back burner for far too long.
The goal is to provide thoughtful, flexible support in the areas that will make the biggest difference for your business, your patients and clients, and your sanity.

Hi, I’m Wendy!
I’m a longtime entrepreneur and Client Experience Specialist + Creative Partner who works with functional medicine practitioners, naturopathic doctors, and wellness coaches to optimize and align their client and patient experience.
Running a business is not something you can easily do solo, white-knuckling your way through a steep learning curve and countless decisions.
I can help you curate a patient experience that stands out in a fast-growing market, design smooth systems and processes for patient care, and support your content, resource, and program development goals.
My skill set is broad, so we can tackle anything from website copy and marketing materials to patient journey management, program development, lead nurturing, brand asset creation, offer suite design, and more.

-
No.
While there may be some overlap in tasks, my role is much more strategic than administrative. I work with wellness practitioners to improve patient experience, develop programs and resources, strengthen communication, organize ideas, and move important projects forward.
Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, I help identify opportunities, solve problems, and support the growth of your practice from both an operational and patient experience perspective.
-
I primarily work with functional medicine providers, naturopathic doctors, integrative practitioners, health coaches, solo providers, and other service-based wellness businesses.
Because I've spent years working inside wellness practices, I understand the unique challenges that come with patient education, memberships, programs, onboarding, retention, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
-
That's actually very common.
Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed by a collection of unfinished projects, ideas, operational challenges, and things that have been sitting on the back burner for months.
Part of my role is helping identify priorities, create a plan, and determine where support will have the biggest impact.
-
Yes.
Some clients need help thinking through ideas, refining offers, and making decisions. Others need someone to actually create the resources, write the copy, organize the project, and keep things moving.
My role is consultation + creativity + implementation
-
Absolutely.
Content support can include newsletters, patient resources, lead magnets, website copy, blog articles, social media content, email sequences, program materials, presentations, and educational resources.
The goal is to create content that supports both your business and the people you serve.
-
That's one of the benefits of ongoing support.
Businesses evolve. Priorities shift. New opportunities arise.
One month we may focus on creating onboarding resources. The next may involve launching a new offer, updating website copy, improving workflows, or developing patient education materials.
The support adapts as your business grows.
-
This service is best suited for practitioners who are ready to stop carrying every project themselves.
If you have ideas you want to bring to life, systems that need attention, content that isn't getting done, or patient experience improvements you've been putting off, ongoing support can help create momentum without requiring you to do everything on your own.
