You’ve Been in Your Own Head With This Long Enough
You’ve spent enough time turning this over on your own.
At some point, more thinking just becomes rearranging the furniture.
Bring it to me.
I’m good at stepping into the middle of what you’re working through, getting up to speed quickly, and seeing connections that are harder to spot when you’re living inside your business every day.
We’ll get to the heart of what deserves your attention and make thoughtful decisions about where to take it.
The work leaves better than we found it, and you leave knowing what comes next and how to implement actionable steps forward.
It Keeps Making Its Way to the Bottom of the List
You’ve moved it to next week. Then next month. At one point, you may have created a whole new Trello board for it, which obviously helped tremendously.
The trouble is, unfinished business has a way of quietly interfering with finished business. You compensate for the awkward process. Keep explaining the offer the long way. Work around the message that never quite landed.
Eventually, dealing with the thing takes less energy than continuing to accommodate it.
That’s a pretty good time to book a session.

How Much Room Does This Need?
Some things can be sorted out in one good conversation.
Others need a little time to develop, be tested in the real world, and revisited.
Choose the amount of room your particular thing needs.

Give Me the Messy Middle
I’ve been a small business owner for 18 years, which is long enough to have had some very good ideas, some spectacularly questionable ones, and a healthy respect for the distance between this could work and this actually works.
For the past five years, I’ve been especially close to women building holistic health, wellness, and service businesses. Not watching from the sidelines. I’ve been in the weeds with them as their businesses changed, their ideas got bigger, and the thing they originally built stopped quite fitting where they were headed.
Somewhere in all of that, I became the person people bring the thing to.
The thing they’re building. The thing that feels off or the idea they can’t quite get into shape.
And I love that work.
Eighteen years have given me a pretty good feel for how business decisions behave once they leave the brainstorming stage and encounter actual humans. I can get dropped into the middle, catch on quickly, see connections that are easy to miss from up close, and help turn a whole lot of hmmmm into something you can do something with.
